This urban escape is intended as a day of rejuvination and inspiration through mindfully curated practices proven by science to enhance wellbeing by reducing stress and pressures often placed on the shoulders of women. 

Held in the energy of the New Moon, this urban retreat will gift us with a break from the mundane, day-to-day, to cocoon in sacred space to move our bodies, share our thoughts, be fed, and rest. 

Space is very limited to ensure everyone is held in

presence and induce a deep sense of belonging.
