Take a few hours out of your busy life and spend the day with like-minded women to indulge in meaningful movement practices, insightful conversation and cOMmunity, nourishing food, and uplifting meditations. 

This will be a healing space for your body, mind, and soul.

This urban escape is intended as a day to hibernate and rejuvinate through mindfully curated practices to enhance wellbeing, reducing stress,  and relieves pressures often placed on the shoulders of women. 

​

Inspired by the energy and elements of Winter, this urban retreat will gift us with a break from the mundane, day-to-day, to cocoon in sacred space to move our bodies, share our thoughts, be fed, and rest. 

​

Space is very limited to ensure everyone is held in

presence and induce a deep sense of belonging.
