This urban escape is intended as a day to hibernate and rejuvinate through mindfully curated practices to enhance wellbeing, reducing stress, and relieves pressures often placed on the shoulders of women.
Inspired by the energy and elements of Winter, this urban retreat will gift us with a break from the mundane, day-to-day, to cocoon in sacred space to move our bodies, share our thoughts, be fed, and rest.
Space is very limited to ensure everyone is held in
presence and induce a deep sense of belonging.
