About Me 

You’ve found your way here because something in your life feels heavy, overwhelming, or in need of change. Maybe you're living with intense emotions, patterns that feel out of your control, the weight of grief, or the lingering impact of trauma.

Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to carry it alone.

My intention is to offer a space where your experiences are met with compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore what’s been hard, make sense of your inner world, and gently begin the process of healing and growth, at your pace.

I am Megan Campbell, a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying), yoga and meditation teacher, and lifelong seeker. My journey has been one of deep study and intertwining paths. Now moving from the mat to the therapy space, from personal healing to guiding others on theirs.

With over 19 years of experience in movement and mindfulness, and extensive training in somatic psychotherapy, I offer a holistic, humanistic approach that honors the mind, body, and spirit.

My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story. Drawing from modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, and mindfulness, I aim to create a sanctuary where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

Beyond traditional talk therapy, I offer sessions that blend somatic practices, breathwork, and movement, recognizing that healing often resides not just in words, but in the wisdom of the body. I’m my best Self when steeped in the rich, layered intersections of my experiences, interests, and training, which psychotherapy allows me to do. I’m continually drawn to the process of weaving together ideas and approaches that may seem unrelated at times - much like the pieces of our lives.

For me, healing isn’t linear or compartmentalized; everything is connected, and I believe meaningful growth comes from honoring the full complexity of who we are.

My approach is relational, grounded, and deeply attuned. I bring my full self into the room, thoughtful, curious, compassionate, and unafraid of the messy or complex. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I work collaboratively, honoring your pace and what feels meaningful for you.
