Nourish

A "yogic diet", or way of eating, has always been part of the practices. Not just veganism but as a way to feel lighter, clearer, more creative, aware, and grounded.

Inside these walls you will find various recipes from Megan and by those she has worked with and trusts.

Please know that it is imperative not to think of this as a diet, but Yoga is a holistic lifestyle, and therefore, recipes in here will only enhance your practice. 

Loosing weight might be a product of these recipes but FEELING GREAT is the only goal.
