Course Content:

  • Sadhana: Movement practices in various tradition’s such as yin, hatha, vinyasa, kundalini, restorative yoga to give insight in to the styles and make informed decisions on what is most beneficial for your personal path

 

  • Sankalpa Intro: Why do I practice yoga and what is my path from here, journaling practices and self-enquiry.

 

  • Meditation: Explore various meditative techniques and discover the path to your heart and Soul. Why we meditate and the science behind meditation, along with medicinal meditations for various afflictions of the heart/mind.

 

  • Mantra: Unearth the power of your voice and active participation. Why we chant, when, and the basic mantra’s used in classes and interpretations to expand our connection to them.

 

  • Asana: Realize the ways in which you can more deeply embody the poses. Alignment, posture clinic, time for questions, modifications for injury.

 

  • Energetic Anatomy: Learn the fundamentals of energy and we lay the groundwork to explore the chakras, nadis, and meridians. Have your own experience of energy and understand the energetic holding patterns within the organs.

 

  • Pranayama: Breathe yourself in to healing. Find the purpose and practices that are the substance for longevity and expansive states of healing and peace.

 

  • Philosophy + History: Foundational conversations on the roots of Yoga and paths of service.

 

  • Personal Study: Small, exciting, and innovate ways to incorporate your Yoga so it becomes a way of Life

 

My intention in each session is to empower you to live an inspired Life and cultivate a path along the practice that serves to continue your investigation, creations, and optimization.

Inspired Living takes you beyond asana and gives you the tools, portals, and resources to Live with Intention and Attention.

This revolutionary program will give you the tools, wisdom, resources, and practices to support you in deepening + optimizing your practice both on AND off the mat. 

This Course is for:

  • Women, and those that identify She/Her, who want to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga but don’t feel ready to commit to a full teacher training course.

  • Women who don’t aspire to be a yoga teacher but would like an intensive course.

  • Women who want to develop a strong foundation before taking a full yoga teacher training to feel more confident

  • Women yoga teachers who's YTT focused mainly on asana

  • Women yoga teachers who are craving some inspiration for their classes to share more than asana

  • Women who are feeling called to show up for their Lives in a more intentional and powerful way

  • Women who are craving inspiration, connection, and community

Pre-requisites:

In place so that You fully benefit from this program to the highest:

  • A regular yoga practice (ie. 2-3 classes per week more often than not/a yoga teacher)

  • Committed and willing to attend all sessions in full

  • Intention to complete small hOMework assignments in between virtual gatherings

  • Small presentation on final gathering solely for our private group

  • An open heart and mind

  • Access to internet

Commitment Fee

Includes all sessions with Megan, handouts, and full access to support from Megan through private Facebook forum that includes daily inspirational guidance and weekly inspirational video's. 

Sliding scale (pick what you pay) but know that the value and content of this training is the same as would be if delivered in person and won't vary based on amount paid.

About Megan

Lead Teacher + Virtual Hostess

Megan has been leading 200hr and advanced yoga teacher training’s nationally for ten years, and embodies fifteen years of personal practice; therefore, bringing a deep foundation of practice and over 5,000 hours of study. She has also completed seven teacher training programs of her own and knows how to facilitate with respect to what is beneficial, how to make most of your time together, and honour the depth of the teaching’s. Her personal practice,study of Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine, A Course in Miracles, and interest in psychology and neuroscience permeate her classes and training’s giving student’s a wide and broad understanding of the art of living Yoga and it's benefits. She is known to inspire and for her unwavering passion.

Dates: June 3-27th, 2020

Times:

Wednesday evenings - 7-9pm EST

Saturday's - 8-1130am EST

All gatherings are Live, in person in Megan's Zoom 'studio' meaning you can participate from anywhere in the world!

*Knowing too that life happens, recordings will be available for 24 hours after each session should you not be able to attend live or live in a time zone that makes it challenging.*
