This retreat is a delicious, in-depth exploration of developing and magnifying your intuitive ability, intensifying your soul connection, and deepening your practice through kundalini, yin, and vinyasa yoga.
INjoy deep conversations by the fireplace, walking the grounds taking in the fall colors, and get some cozy sound sleep. This weekend is about restoring, reconnecting, and replenishment for body and mind.
You’ll feel at home in Shanti’s spacious century inn and waterside cabins.
This beautiful property has stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and sunsets from the waterfront patio are memorable. The inn’s timbered ceilings and wood stove provide a natural country charm. It’s the perfect setting to curl up with a book, relax by the woodstove, and connect with kindred spirits. Enjoy the ambiance of peace and tranquility that the Asian décor and sacred spaces exude.
Relax in the comfort, warmth, and coziness of guest rooms decorated in themes inspired by our travels and connection with matters of the spirit. As a retreat center, we offer shared accommodation with either a water or garden view, all with private bathrooms.
Guests can also choose to savour the relaxing and detoxifying benefits of the infrared sauna.

As urban women we wear many hats. We are mothers, daughters, partners, bosses, co-workers, and in a world rich with technology we find ourselves always on and unable to connect to the feminine aspects of our lives.
This Retreat is a way for householder Yogini’s to take a sacred pause and replenish, connect, cocoon, move, meditate, and get back in touch with their innate spirituality.
Day 1 ~ Arrival (anytime after 3pm)
630pm ~ delicious vegetarian/vegan dinner with fellow participants
730-9pm ~ Welcome Circle follwed by Grounding Yin Yoga + Meditation
9pm - 9am ~ Mauna (sacred silence)
Day 2 ~ Saturday
Optional Morning Meditation at Sunrise in the Yoga Yurt followed by continental breakfast + coffee/tea.
Join Megan for a Morning Flow Yoga ~ yoga class that will invigorate, energize, and enLighten up for the day ahead. Infused with meditation, prayer, stillness, and deep rest. Outcome = sense of aliveness, joy, and vibrancy.
Full Breakfast + Lunch with ample free time to contemplate, journal, read by the fire, take a walk, enjoy the grounds, nap, or meditate.
Late afternoon join Megan for a Kundalini yoga designed to help you withstand the pressure of time and alleviate stress. The class combines movement, meditation, pranayama, and deep rest. .
Outcome = cathartic release of tension, holding patterns, and peace.

Saturday evening join Megan for a deeply healing gourp meditation experience
From 9pm to 9am we will observe mauna (silence)
Day 3 ~ Sunday
Optional Sunrise meditation followed by continental breakfast with coffee/tea.
Join Megan for a Morning Sat Nam Flow ~ vinyasa yoga sprinkled with Kundalini breathing patterns and postures to create a cathartic, powerful practice to cleanse, purify, purge, and process. Infused with meditation, prayer, stillness, and deep rest. Outcome = clarity, space, and freedom.
Farewell Brunch with new friends.
Option to stay up until 3pm to enjoy the grounds, or make the journey to the local town and purchase some fresh baked goods from the local bakery, or catch the ferry and travel hOMe.
